This policy describes how Runovix Labs ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you visit runovix.tech (the Site). It does not replace privacy notices for our other websites or mobile applications; those products publish their own terms and privacy information on their product sites and app store listings.

What we collect (this Site)
The Site is a small, mostly static company page. We may process:
- Technical / usage data such as IP address, approximate location derived from the IP, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and date/time of requests — as typically sent by your browser or device.
- Diagnostics from our hosting or infrastructure providers to keep the service secure and available (e.g. error logs).
We do not intend to use this Site to collect sensitive categories of data (e.g. health) or to run marketing profiles. If we add a contact form, newsletter, or other feature that asks for personal data, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for consent.
Why we use it
We use the information above to: operate and deliver the Site; maintain security and prevent abuse; understand aggregate traffic and improve performance; and comply with law. Where EU/UK law applies, we rely on legitimate interests (running a secure public website) and, where required, legal obligation.

We or our service providers may use cookies or similar technologies that are strictly necessary for the Site to function, or for aggregate analytics in line with this policy. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings.
Who we share with
We use trusted providers to host and operate the Site (for example, web hosting and infrastructure). They process data on our instructions and for their own security and service operations. We do not sell your personal information.
International transfers
Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) or rely on permitted derogations.
Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law. Log data may be retained for a limited time for security and troubleshooting.

Children
The Site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. If changes are material, we will take additional steps as required by law. Continued use of the Site after the effective date means you accept the updated policy.
